Job Requirements
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general management within quick-service restaurants
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Capability to lead and manage large teams under high pressure
- Commitment to uphold brand operational standards and customer service excellence
Job Qualifications
- 2 plus years of general management experience in high-volume quick-service restaurant environment
- Proven track record of passing rigorous corporate inspections and audits
- Demonstrated leadership with ability to manage and motivate large teams of 40 plus employees
- Systems-driven approach with experience following and implementing operational playbooks
- Strong financial acumen including labor and inventory management
- Availability to work 50 plus hours per week including peak periods weekends and mornings
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster team and guest relationships
Job Duties
- Lead all restaurant operations ensuring 100 percent compliance with food safety cleanliness and brand-specific gold standards
- Own the speed of service metrics optimizing floor positioning to improve drive-thru performance with 100 percent accuracy
- Manage full profit and loss including labor cost control and inventory waste to maximize bottom line and bonus potential
- Recruit train and retain diverse crew building a deep bench of talent from shift managers to crew trainers
- Ensure every guest receives fast friendly and consistent experience across dine-in mobile app and drive-thru channels
- Maintain rigorous adherence to operational systems supporting corporate inspections and audits
- Foster a people-first culture that motivates and engages a team of over 40 employees in a fast-paced environment
