Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in luxury hospitality
  • Experience leading teams of 30 or more in high-touch hospitality settings
  • Proven ability to manage P&L and operational budgets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to relocate to Southeast U.S.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent, hands-on leadership approach
  • Commitment to fostering a service-driven culture
  • Avoidance of transactional or purely administrative management styles

Job Qualifications

  • Experience managing luxury hotel outlets, private clubs, or high-end standalone concepts
  • Background in cocktail-forward or experiential hospitality environments
  • Strong financial and operational acumen
  • Proven leadership in structured service cultures such as Forbes-level or boutique luxury venues
  • Hospitality-first leadership style with strong floor presence
  • Polished, professional, and approachable demeanor
  • Emotionally intelligent with high guest awareness

Job Duties

  • Lead the overall guest experience by fostering a sense of belonging and building meaningful relationships
  • Maintain a visible, hands-on presence during service to elevate service standards
  • Oversee daily operations of a cocktail-forward, high-touch environment
  • Lead and develop a team of approximately 30 team members
  • Manage P&L performance and operational efficiency balancing guest experience with financial results
  • Support programming, events, and seasonal activations to enhance the venue
  • Recruit, train, coach, and mentor team members while setting clear expectations and maintaining accountability
