Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent hospitality experience
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in luxury or high-end hospitality environments
  • Demonstrated success managing teams of 30 or more employees
  • Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility
  • Proven ability to create personalized guest experiences
  • Ability to relocate to the Southeast U.S.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high hospitality standards

Job Qualifications

  • Hospitality leadership experience in luxury hotel outlets, private clubs, or high-end standalone concepts
  • Strong guest engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in cocktail-forward or experiential hospitality environments
  • Proven financial and operational management expertise
  • Background in structured service cultures such as boutique luxury or Forbes-level establishments
  • Excellent emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on operational leadership and team development capabilities

Job Duties

  • Create a strong sense of belonging for guests and members
  • Build meaningful relationships that drive repeat visitation
  • Maintain a visible, hands-on presence during service
  • Elevate service standards beyond transactional interactions
  • Oversee daily operations of a cocktail-forward, high-touch environment
  • Lead and develop a team of approximately 30 team members
  • Maintain discipline around labor, scheduling, and cost controls
  • Ensure service execution aligns with elevated hospitality standards
  • Manage P&L performance and operational efficiency
  • Balance guest experience with financial results
  • Support programming, events, and seasonal activations
  • Recruit, train, and develop a strong service-driven culture
  • Coach and mentor team members in real time
  • Set clear expectations and maintain accountability
