Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent hospitality experience
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in luxury or high-end hospitality environments
- Demonstrated success managing teams of 30 or more employees
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility
- Proven ability to create personalized guest experiences
- Ability to relocate to the Southeast U.S.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining high hospitality standards
Job Qualifications
- Hospitality leadership experience in luxury hotel outlets, private clubs, or high-end standalone concepts
- Strong guest engagement and relationship-building skills
- Experience in cocktail-forward or experiential hospitality environments
- Proven financial and operational management expertise
- Background in structured service cultures such as boutique luxury or Forbes-level establishments
- Excellent emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on operational leadership and team development capabilities
Job Duties
- Create a strong sense of belonging for guests and members
- Build meaningful relationships that drive repeat visitation
- Maintain a visible, hands-on presence during service
- Elevate service standards beyond transactional interactions
- Oversee daily operations of a cocktail-forward, high-touch environment
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 30 team members
- Maintain discipline around labor, scheduling, and cost controls
- Ensure service execution aligns with elevated hospitality standards
- Manage P&L performance and operational efficiency
- Balance guest experience with financial results
- Support programming, events, and seasonal activations
- Recruit, train, and develop a strong service-driven culture
- Coach and mentor team members in real time
- Set clear expectations and maintain accountability
