Job Requirements

  • Preferred background in luxury hotel outlet, private club, or high-end standalone concept
  • Experience in cocktail-forward or experiential environments
  • Strong financial and operational skills
  • Background in structured service cultures
  • Ability to maintain discipline around labor, scheduling, and cost controls
  • Proven leadership in a hands-on, guest-centric environment
  • Willingness to relocate to Southeast U.S

  • Hands-on operator with attention to detail
  • Experience in luxury hotel outlets, private clubs, or high-end standalone concepts
  • Background in cocktail-forward or experiential environments
  • Strong financial and operational acumen
  • Experience in structured service cultures (Forbes-level, boutique luxury, etc.)

Job Duties

  • Create a strong sense of belonging for guests and members
  • Build meaningful relationships that drive repeat visitation
  • Maintain a visible, hands-on presence during service
  • Elevate service standards beyond transactional interactions
  • Oversee daily operations of a cocktail-forward, high-touch environment
  • Lead and develop a team of approximately 30 team members
  • Maintain discipline around labor, scheduling, and cost controls
  • Ensure service execution aligns with elevated hospitality standards
  • Manage P&L performance and operational efficiency
  • Balance guest experience with financial results
  • Support programming, events, and seasonal activations
  • Recruit, train, and develop a strong service-driven culture
  • Coach and mentor team members in real time
  • Set clear expectations and maintain accountability
