Balancing financial acumen with elevated hospitality standards will be critical, as you will also be accountable for P&L performance, cost control, labor management, and the successful execution of programming and special events.
You will be expected to recruit, train, and mentor the team continuously, fostering an atmosphere of accountability, growth, and consistent excellence. The ideal candidate will bring experience from luxury hotel outlets, private clubs, or high-end standalone hospitality concepts, particularly those with a cocktail-forward or experiential approach.
