We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead the pre-opening and launch of this brand-new Cambria Hotel in Burlington, Vermont. This is an exceptional ground-floor opportunity to build a hotel and its culture from the ground up. The General Manager will be responsible for hiring and training the founding team, establishing operational systems, and ensuring the property is positioned as a premier destination. This role requires a dynamic leader who thrives in ambiguity, has a proven track record in multiple hotel openings, and is energized by the fast-paced and unique challenges of a pre-opening timeline. Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • minimum 5 years of experience in a hotel management role
  • prior experience in hotel pre-opening or launch preferred
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • availability to work flexible hours
  • valid driver's license
