Job Requirements
- Must have five years of management experience including personnel, accounting, budgeting, inventory, advertising, and customer relations
- marine-related experience is required
- must possess general accounting knowledge and understand financial statements

Job Qualifications
- Five years of previous management experience including direction of personnel, accounting, budgeting, inventory control, advertising, and customer relations

Job Duties
- Achieve financial results according to the annual operating and capital budgets
- own the business and know it well, especially the financials and budget
- supervise all marina operations to ensure prompt, courteous and safe service to customers
- routinely inspect property and physical plants to maintain above average appearance and safety
- comply with government regulations, manage governmental reporting and compliance
- maintain professional relationships with agencies, contractors, vendors, and customers
- recruit, train, schedule, and supervise personnel and contract labor
- ensure safety and provide employee training including fire fighting and spill containment
- maintain local standard operating procedures and instruction manuals
- resolve customer disputes
- approve and oversee dock leasing and retail leasing
- monitor budget versus actuals and set corrective objectives
- approve purchases, invoices, and check requests
- safeguard company assets including equipment and inventory
- secure equipment nightly
- maintain marina equipment, property, grounds, and docks
- enforce vessel hauling and launching procedures
- coordinate with management personnel to ensure departmental efficiency
- oversee marketing program implementation and maintenance
- develop new revenue sources
- attend weekly manager meetings
- perform duties assigned by owners
- respond to emergencies protecting marina assets and guest property
- ensure adherence to departmental operations policies and procedures
- assume additional duties as required by management
