Job Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years management experience including profit and loss management
  • Availability to work minimum 45 hours per week including holidays, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to manage workplace change
  • Strong profit and loss management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale software
  • Comfortable working in front- and back-of-house roles
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Restaurant, retail, veterinary, or hospitality management experience preferred
  • Bilingual skills a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in employee management and development
