Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry
- Experience managing Food & Beverage operations
- Strong financial and budget management skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical duties including lifting up to 40 lbs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a hotel environment
- Strong Food & Beverage operational experience
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and improve profitability
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel operating systems
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions
Job Duties
- Ensure the hotel operates in alignment with Palisociety’s hospitality philosophy
- Hire, train, supervise, coach, and develop team members
- Lead performance management and hold leaders accountable for operational standards
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Drive a culture of personalized hospitality and monitor guest satisfaction metrics
- Oversee property maintenance, housekeeping, and design standards
- Manage Food & Beverage operations and partnership initiatives
- Control property costs and labor management
- Prepare financial reports and maintain owner relations
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and revenue management teams to drive revenue
