Founded in 2015, OVG has quickly established itself as a dominant force in the live entertainment industry, overseeing an impressive portfolio of seven owned world-class venues. The company's client roster features some of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions across four continents. As a company, Oak View Group values diversity, inclusivity, and the unique contributions of its team, driving innovation and excellence in every aspect of its operations.

The General Manager position at Oak View Group is a full-time role responsible for overseeing the efficient, professional, and profitable operation of food service activities at the assigned venue. This role holds a pivotal leadership position within the venue operations, managing all managerial, full-time, and part-time personnel involved in food service to ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws, food safety and sanitation standards, and alcohol service regulations. The General Manager is central to the strategic and operational success of the venue’s food service operations, tasked with driving revenue generation, controlling costs, and fostering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires an individual capable of balancing hands-on operational management with strategic oversight, including financial reporting, budget management, and contract negotiations.

With an annual salary range of $95,000 to $105,000 plus eligibility for bonuses, this position offers a competitive compensation package alongside comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) savings plans with company matching, and paid time off including vacation, sick days, and holidays. The General Manager collaborates closely with various departments to develop menus, marketing plans, and build strong relationships with show managers, suppliers, vendors, and the public. By overseeing scheduling, labor allocation, and point-of-sale systems, the General Manager ensures operational excellence during events, optimizing staff deployment based on ticket sales and guest demographics.

Candidates for this role should be prepared to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, often dealing with unionized labor and high-profile entertainment events. This role demands advanced leadership skills, sound business judgment, and exceptional communication abilities to foster a positive and cooperative team environment while upholding Oak View Group's commitment to diversity and inclusion. The position will remain open until October 9, 2026, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the world’s leading entertainment infrastructure companies.
