With millions of customers across various cities, Blank Street is driven by its limitless potential and a passionate team that strives to create magic every day. The company's culture focuses on fostering a sense of community and delivering world-class hospitality that delights customers at every interaction.
As a General Manager at Blank Street, you will be instrumental in bringing the brand's presence to life in Los Angeles by launching and leading one of the company’s first stores in Beverly Hills. This role goes beyond overseeing a store; it involves embedding Blank Street into the local fabric by cultivating strong community connections and maintaining exceptional operational standards. You will be responsible for building and guiding a high-performing team, setting operational benchmarks, and consistently delivering an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate is a seasoned operator who excels in fast-paced, dynamic environments and demonstrates a passion for hospitality and leadership. Your role will include inspiring your team to serve with enthusiasm, care, and precision, ensuring each guest feels valued and every beverage reflects Blank Street’s quality standards.
You will manage various aspects of store operations including creating a motivating team culture, recruiting talented individuals, coordinating comprehensive training programs, and ensuring staff development through coaching and mentoring. Your operational responsibilities cover maintaining product quality, overseeing inventory and vendor relations, and ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. You will actively participate in store activities by leading service and production efforts, fostering a sense of pride and excellence throughout the team.
Financial accountability is a key part of the role, requiring you to take ownership of your store’s performance, driving growth opportunities, and aligning your team with the company’s vision for success. You will manage neighborhood-level inventory, maintain customer satisfaction through active feedback management, and collaborate with other General Managers to share best practices and enhance the overall brand experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence company growth in a major market while developing your leadership skills in a supportive and engaging environment.
