Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6-10 years of related experience
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis
- Must comply with smoke-free and drug-free workplace policies
Job Qualifications
- Sales oriented with a customer-driven mindset
- Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage all financial and operational management aspects of a multimillion-dollar business
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 6-10 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience or military experience
Job Duties
- Overall client service, financial and operational responsibility
- Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Manage inventory levels in accordance with sales demand
- Monitor warehouse team to include all inventory movement in and out of facility
- Responsible for accuracy of weekly product cycle counts
- Train, coach, develop, and encourage local customer care team
- Evaluate/oversee all local vendor relationships for overall best value
- Work with local sales team to create best possible customer experience
