The incumbent will hold full accountability for client service excellence, financial oversight, and operational effectiveness at the distribution center. Responsibilities here extend to supervising finance-related processes such as accounts payable and receivable, aligning inventory levels with sales demand to optimize stock management, and monitoring warehouse activities to control inventory movement precisely. Accuracy and meticulous management of weekly product cycle counts are expected, supporting the company’s standards for inventory integrity. Leadership capabilities are critical as the General Manager will train, coach, and develop the local customer care team aimed at fostering a motivated and high-performing workforce.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6-10 years of related experience
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis

- Overall client service, financial and operational responsibility
