Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 6-10 years of related experience
  • Strong financial and operational management skills
  • Ability to lead and develop teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis
  • Must comply with smoke-free and drug-free workplace policies

Job Qualifications

  • Sales oriented with a customer-driven mindset
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage all financial and operational management aspects of a multimillion-dollar business
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum of 6-10 years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience or military experience

Job Duties

  • Overall client service, financial and operational responsibility
  • Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Manage inventory levels in accordance with sales demand
  • Monitor warehouse team to include all inventory movement in and out of facility
  • Responsible for accuracy of weekly product cycle counts
  • Train, coach, develop, and encourage local customer care team
  • Evaluate/oversee all local vendor relationships for overall best value
  • Work with local sales team to create best possible customer experience
  • Some human resources responsibilities
