Caf Zupas, located in Tooele, Utah, is a renowned fast-casual restaurant celebrated for its fresh, handcrafted soups, salads, and sandwiches. The restaurant is currently seeking a General Manager to lead and oversee all restaurant operations. This exciting full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $125,000 per year, complemented by an average bonus plan of $25,000, which rewards outstanding performance. Additionally, the General Manager will enjoy significant benefits, including a 401K plan and an exclusive yearly trip to Europe for two people. This position demands a strong leadership presence, with an emphasis on mentoring and developing team members to sustain a positive, growth-oriented environment. Successful candidates will have between 2 to 5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry, showcasing their ability to manage daily operations efficiently while inspiring their teams.
