The General Manager, also known as an Operating Partner, plays a crucial role in leading the daily operations of a Cafe Zupas restaurant location. This leadership position involves managing a team, cultivating a positive and productive work culture, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly with well-organized shifts, and consistently delivering an exceptional guest experience. In addition to a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $125,000 per year, General Managers receive an average bonus of $25,000 annually.
