Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar upscale luxury food and beverage environment
  • At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities in both verbal and written forms
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to manage operational and financial aspects of food and beverage venues
  • Post-secondary education is preferred but not mandatory

Job Qualifications

  • Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 8 years of similar work experience in an upscale luxury environment
  • Minimum 4 years leading a food & beverage team
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus
  • An expert in food & beverage operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
  • Excels at communication, both verbal and written
  • Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and direction to a team in the restaurant, IRD, mini bar and events
  • Manage operations and finances of business
  • Recruit and train new hires on business practices
  • Drive development of team members
  • Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
