Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar upscale luxury food and beverage environment
- At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication abilities in both verbal and written forms
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to manage operational and financial aspects of food and beverage venues
- Post-secondary education is preferred but not mandatory
Job Qualifications
- Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 8 years of similar work experience in an upscale luxury environment
- Minimum 4 years leading a food & beverage team
- A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus
- An expert in food & beverage operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
- Excels at communication, both verbal and written
- Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and direction to a team in the restaurant, IRD, mini bar and events
- Manage operations and finances of business
- Recruit and train new hires on business practices
- Drive development of team members
- Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
