We are currently seeking a General Manager of Venues who embodies these values and is passionate about food and beverage operations. This role is integral to overseeing the teams involved in the restaurant, in-room dining (IRD), minibar services, and event operations within our luxury hotel settings. This leadership position demands a hands-on approach and the ability to motivate, inspire, and elevate the teams to provide unparalleled guest experiences. The General Manager of Venues will serve as a role model, a problem-solver, and a catalyst for continuous learning and growth within the food and beverage department.
This position is designed for a service-driven professional with a minimum of eight years of experience in food and beverage within upscale luxury environments. Additionally, candidates should have at least four years of leadership experience, demonstrating expertise in managing food and beverage teams with proven success in guest engagement, team development, and financial performance. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential to thrive in this role.
The General Manager of Venues will be responsible for anticipating challenges and implementing swift solutions while maintaining a flexible mindset to accommodate the dynamic demands of a 24-hour operation. This role is ideal for someone who passionately leads by example and is not afraid to actively participate alongside their teams to achieve outstanding results. We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $120,000 annually, plus bonus incentives, reflecting the significant responsibility and impact of this position.
