Job Requirements

Passion for food and beverage
Minimum 8 years of experience in similar roles
At least 4 years leading a food and beverage team
Ability to communicate effectively
Flexibility to work in a 24-hour operation
Proven leadership capabilities
Commitment to guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of food and beverage experience in an upscale luxury environment
At least 4 years of leadership experience in food and beverage
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven track record in guest and team member engagement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of food and beverage operations
Post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
