Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years in senior food and beverage or concessions leadership roles
- Proven experience managing multi-unit, high-volume concessions operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS technology
- Understanding of inventory management and financial reporting systems
- Valid ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to oversee large-scale event operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
- 5+ years of senior-level food and beverage or concessions leadership experience
- Experience managing high-volume, multi-unit operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and financial reporting
- ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain
Job Duties
- Lead all concessions operations across the venue
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Direct hiring, training, and development of management teams
- Execute operational plans for large-scale events
- Monitor inventory controls and cost management practices
- Collaborate with venue partners and corporate leadership
- Maintain Levy standards of service and hospitality
