The General Manager of Concessions at Levy plays a critical leadership role, responsible for overseeing all concessions operations within a venue. This position drives operational excellence by leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial, operational, and cultural objectives. The General Manager ensures premium service standards across multiple concession platforms, supervises the execution of large-scale events, and manages budgeting and forecasting to maximize profitability. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years in senior food and beverage or concessions leadership roles
- Proven experience managing multi-unit, high-volume concessions operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS technology
- Understanding of inventory management and financial reporting systems
- Valid ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to oversee large-scale event operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
- 5+ years of senior-level food and beverage or concessions leadership experience
- Experience managing high-volume, multi-unit operations
