Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management roles
- Prior experience within the Hilton brand is highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-departmental teams
- Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- Extensive leadership experience as a general manager or assistant general manager in a full-service hotel setting
- Strong operational, financial, and business acumen
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing food & beverage operations
- Proven ability to achieve results while maintaining guest and team satisfaction
- Familiarity with the Jacksonville market is a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee daily hotel operations with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and financial performance
