NoMad Hotel Detroit is an upcoming luxury lifestyle hospitality destination set to redefine elegance and immersive experiences in the heart of Detroit at the iconic Michigan Central Station. Expecting to open in 2027, this property will be the first of its kind in the U.S. by NoMad and Hilton, featuring approximately 180 guestrooms and 30 suites located in previously unused upper floors of a historic landmark. Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in hotel management
- Five or more years in senior leadership
- Experience in luxury or lifestyle boutique hospitality
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations
- Proven financial management skills
- Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Passion for art, culture, and hospitality
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in hotel management including 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven leadership experience in luxury or lifestyle hospitality, preferably within boutique or independent brands
- Expertise in food and beverage operations reflecting NoMad's dining-centric philosophy
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing boutique hospitality profitability
- Demonstrated ability to deliver tailored, memorable guest experiences
- Passion for design, culture, and immersive hospitality
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with collaborative leadership style
Job Duties
- Lead operations in alignment with NoMad's luxury lifestyle concept
- Foster a guest-centric culture rooted in storytelling and high-touch service
- Collaborate with culinary teams to maintain world-class food and beverage experiences
- Drive profitability through strategic revenue management and innovative hospitality practices
