The individual will lead a team, including an Assistant General Manager (AGM), to uphold brand standards and create a safe, controlled, and upscale environment that reflects the venue's reputation.

Key responsibilities of the General Manager include maintaining a commanding presence during peak late-night hours, effectively managing cost control, labor scheduling, and overall P&L performance. The position offers a base salary ranging from $80,000 to $85,000, complemented by a performance bonus of 10-12% tied to key operational performance indicators (KPIs). Additional benefits include an optional health stipend for qualified candidates, paid time off, and vacation benefits. This opportunity is ideal for candidates seeking long-term growth within a stable and profitable hospitality group. ClubA values individuals with strong financial acumen, specifically in areas such as cost of goods sold (COGS), labor management, inventory control, and profit and loss oversight. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record managing annual revenues between $3 million and $5 million or more, with experience handling high-profile, VIP guests and operating in upscale, image-sensitive hospitality environments.
