Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older per applicable law
- At least one year of experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Willingness to start workdays as early as 4 am
- Availability to work flexible and varying schedules
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to maintain a positive work environment and motivate team members

- Manage overall restaurant operations including staff supervision and inventory management

- Oversee local store marketing and promotional activities
- Lead training, engagement, and performance development initiatives for restaurant management team and employees
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards
- Manage scheduling and labor costs effectively
