The Restaurant Manager role at this new Cuyahoga Falls Dunkin' restaurant is a pivotal position responsible for running day-to-day store operations while supporting a team dedicated to exceptional customer service and operational excellence. This is a full-time management position offering competitive benefits and the unique opportunity to shape the future of a brand-new Dunkin' location from the ground up. The Restaurant Manager will lead the team to achieve sales and profit goals and execute local store marketing initiatives, ensuring the community experiences Dunkin's best in terms of both product quality and customer service.
In addition to operational leadership, the Restaurant Manager will be instrumental in mentoring and developing the Restaurant Management Team and store employees through performance evaluations, engagement strategies, and comprehensive training initiatives.
