Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- have at least one year of management experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
- possess exceptional team management, attention to detail, and guest service skills
- be willing and able to start shifts as early as 4 am
- have flexible availability to accommodate schedule changes
- show commitment to leadership and team development
- embrace a positive and proactive work ethic

Job Duties
- Manage overall restaurant operations including sales and profit goals

- ensure exceptional guest service and quality standards
- maintain compliance with company policies and food safety regulations
- manage scheduling and staffing to meet operational demands
