As a Restaurant Manager at the new Dunkin' location, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store. This full-time role involves managing all aspects of daily restaurant performance, including local store marketing, achieving sales and profit goals, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will be responsible for leading the Restaurant Management Team and supporting team members through coaching, training, and engagement initiatives.
