Job Requirements

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • have at least one year of management experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • possess exceptional team management, attention to detail, and guest service skills
  • be willing and able to start shifts as early as 4 am
  • have flexible availability to accommodate schedule changes
  • show commitment to leadership and team development
  • embrace a positive and proactive work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of restaurant, retail, or hospitality management experience
  • strong team management skills
  • excellent attention to detail
  • outstanding guest service skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • effective communication and organizational abilities
  • readiness to start work early at 4 am
  • flexibility to maintain open availability

Job Duties

  • Manage overall restaurant operations including sales and profit goals
  • lead and coach the Restaurant Management Team and team members
  • implement local store marketing initiatives
  • oversee team performance, engagement, and training
  • ensure exceptional guest service and quality standards
  • maintain compliance with company policies and food safety regulations
  • manage scheduling and staffing to meet operational demands
