Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years of progressive restaurant management experience
- Experience in upscale or chef-driven concepts preferred
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently
- Fluent in English
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards
Job Qualifications
- Passion for hospitality
- Proven success leading teams in boutique, upscale, or fine-dining environments
- Clear, confident, and thoughtful communication with guests, teams, and leadership
- Strong understanding of P&Ls, budgeting, labor management, and cost controls
- Minimum of three years of progressive restaurant management experience
- Fluency in English
- Spanish fluency is a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction
- Lead, hire, train, and develop a high-performing front- and back-of-house team
- Foster a positive, professional, and growth-oriented workplace culture
- Uphold MML’s standards of hospitality, service, and brand identity
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, labor, cost controls, and profitability
- Partner with culinary leadership to ensure seamless coordination between FOH and BOH
- Support marketing initiatives, programming, and guest engagement efforts
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Build strong relationships within the local community and cultivate a loyal base of regular guests
