Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of progressive restaurant management experience
  • Experience in upscale or chef-driven concepts preferred
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently
  • Fluent in English
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards

Job Qualifications

  • Passion for hospitality
  • Proven success leading teams in boutique, upscale, or fine-dining environments
  • Clear, confident, and thoughtful communication with guests, teams, and leadership
  • Strong understanding of P&Ls, budgeting, labor management, and cost controls
  • Minimum of three years of progressive restaurant management experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Spanish fluency is a plus
