In this role, you will champion operational excellence and innovation, developing and executing strategic plans that proactively adjust to market demands while protecting profitability. A critical part of your responsibilities includes fostering a culture centered on exemplary guest experiences and team member satisfaction. You will inspire, attract, and retain top-tier talent, promoting a high-performance environment where continuous learning and leadership development thrive.

Representing the hotel within the community and the broader hospitality industry, you will build strategic partnerships and maintain a professional presence that strengthens the property’s reputation. Your ability to leverage financial acumen, including expertise in income statements, cash flow management, and internal controls, will be key to ensuring transparency and accountability in operations. You will ensure the safety and well-being of guests, staff, and stakeholders by upholding rigorous health and safety policies.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $250,000 to $275,000 annually, with an additional 35 percent bonus potential, reflecting the level of responsibility and impact expected from the General Manager of this flagship property. This is a full-time opportunity located in the vibrant heart of downtown Napa, offering the chance to contribute to an exciting new chapter in luxury hospitality in one of the most celebrated wine country destinations.
