Job Requirements
- Valid in-state driver’s license with auto insurance
- Acceptable motor vehicle report
- Achieve and maintain NRE certification
- Ability to work 50 hours per week
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Demonstrated retail management experience or equivalent education
Job Qualifications
- Four-year college or university degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years retail management experience or related training
- Certification in ServSafe
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to enforce company policies consistently
Job Duties
- Direct and coordinate staff to provide excellent customer experience
- Maximize store sales and profits by operating within budgets
- Maintain brand standards and execute marketing programs
- Manage daily store operations including food service and safety
- Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise employees
- Control expenses, inventory levels, and shortage management
- Enforce company policies and procedures
