Job Requirements
- at least 18 years old
- previous experience as a general manager or equivalent in a high volume setting
- background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly preferred
- ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
- commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- strong organizational and planning skills

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership
- create a plan to achieve restaurant goals
- lead and manage a team of Department Managers
- provide coaching and direction to improve department performance
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
