Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- proficient in Microsoft Office
- minimum 2 years supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant
- ability to analyze financial statements

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant
- proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Job Duties
- Oversee and coordinate planning and organizing with the store manager
- train and lead team members according to Wingstop standards
- maintain operational standards including safety, cleanliness, and sanitation
- manage staffing schedules to align with sales volumes and budget constraints
- conduct financial audits and control costs related to labor, food, and cash
- hire, develop, and evaluate team performance
- communicate corporate policies and operational changes to all staff
