The Assistant Manager role at Wingstop is designed for dynamic leaders eager to contribute to the company’s continued growth and success. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant

Job Duties

  • Oversee and coordinate planning and organizing with the store manager
  • train and lead team members according to Wingstop standards
  • maintain operational standards including safety, cleanliness, and sanitation
  • manage staffing schedules to align with sales volumes and budget constraints
  • conduct financial audits and control costs related to labor, food, and cash
  • hire, develop, and evaluate team performance
