Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 8 years experience
- or 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 6 years experience
- general manager experience in limited or full-service property preferred
- ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
- property industry work experience with progressive career growth and exceptional performance

Job Duties
- function as primary strategic business leader of the property
- verify implementation of Marriott brand service strategy
- hold property leadership team accountable for strategy execution
- leverage Marriott International sales engines and initiate sales activities
- build owner loyalty through proactive communication
- build strong relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers
- represent Marriott Hotels & Resorts and JW brand values in all leadership actions
