Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive hotel management experience
  • Proven experience in a General Manager or senior leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial forecasting, and operational planning
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to upholding safety and regulatory standards

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive leadership experience with at least 7-10 years of progressive hotel management experience, including prior experience as a General Manager or senior hotel executive
  • Proven track record of driving guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance within branded hotel environments
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively engage team members, guests, ownership groups, and corporate partners
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze performance metrics, manage budgets, and implement strategic initiatives that drive results
  • Ability to lead with integrity and inspire teams, cultivating a culture of accountability, service, and continuous improvement

Job Duties

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all hotel operations, ensuring alignment with brand standards, company goals, and financial targets
  • Lead and inspire department leaders across all areas of the hotel, including rooms, food and beverage, sales, engineering, and finance
  • Champion a culture of service excellence that consistently delivers memorable guest experiences and strong guest satisfaction scores
  • Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and cost controls to drive profitability
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor a diverse leadership team, fostering professional growth and a collaborative workplace culture
  • Partner closely with ownership, corporate leadership, and brand representatives to execute strategic initiatives and operational priorities
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and brand standards while maintaining a well-maintained and high-performing property
  • Represent the hotel within the local community, building partnerships that strengthen the hotel’s reputation and market presence
