Job Requirements

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent related experience
  • Five to seven years of housekeeping or facilities management experience
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret financial and operational data
  • Demonstrated leadership and administrative management capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Job Duties

  • Oversight of support service departments including plant operations and maintenance, security, housekeeping, transportation, concierge and community store
  • Oversight and responsibility for department financial data and statistics
  • Monitors unit expenditures
  • Develops and recommends department operating budget and ensures the department operates within budget
  • Coordinates activities with other departments
  • Actively communicates with administration and other community departments
  • Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and supervises functions and activities of the departments
