Job Requirements

  • 7-10 plus years of progressive leadership experience in boutique lifestyle or full-service hotels
  • proven success in leading culture developing teams and driving operational results
  • strong financial acumen with demonstrated P&L management
  • experience enhancing guest satisfaction service consistency and operational KPI performance
  • excellent leadership communication collaboration and conflict resolution skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and hospitality platforms PMS POS reporting systems
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays when needed
  • ability to travel for corporate engagement training and special assignments

Job Duties

  • capitalize on demand from mixed-use development location
  • oversee F&B operations to ensure brand alignment and profitability
  • identify partnerships and events to reinforce brand and attract guests
