This role as General Manager is an extraordinary opportunity to join Simply Salad as a pivotal leader within the operations team, reporting directly to the Regional Manager. The General Manager will spearhead daily restaurant operations, lead and inspire a team of employees, and play a critical role in shaping a positive customer experience that embodies the company’s core values. This position involves a blend of hands-on management, strategic leadership, and operational oversight that impacts the restaurant’s service quality, workforce culture, and financial success. The General Manager must embrace a fast-paced, energetic environment and bring strong leadership skills, a commitment to guest satisfaction, and an eagerness to cultivate a work atmosphere that is fun, productive, and inclusive. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have a passion for healthy food and a proven track record in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant management, complemented by a can-do attitude and the ability to manage diverse and dynamic teams under pressure. This is an in-person position requiring availability for a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, holidays, and additional days to meet business needs. Job Requirements

  • valid drivers license
  • ability to work a 50-hour week with an open schedule to flex with business needs including weekends, nights, holidays and additional days
  • 5+ years of experience in quick service or fast-casual restaurants
  • 2+ years in a leadership or management role
