Job Duties
- Demonstrate and develop leadership skills to provide top tier employee and guest experience
- Lead by example through sales and service behaviors including resolving guest service issues
- Ensure business is staffed and resourced including front of house operations and adherence to company procedures
- Demonstrate mastery of all services and work behind the chair as needed
- Provide district support including training new Managers and on-site assistance
- Achieve monthly sales goals and key performance indicators
- Maintain company standards for cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security
- Coach and develop team members to ensure team culture and performance
- Manage recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, performance management, and training
- Handle employee scheduling compliant with labor laws and budgets
