  • 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience, preferably in a high-volume, full-service environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and set a positive tone
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest service skills
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, energetic environment where no two shifts are the same
  • Working knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and team training
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and make smart decisions in real time
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • A hospitality mindset with a sense of humor, a sense of urgency, and a love for delivering memorable experiences

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service from open to close
  • Lead, coach, and support front-of-house team members to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences
  • Manage floor coverage, service flow, and staffing adjustments during busy meal periods, events, and game days
  • Train new and existing team members on service standards, menu knowledge, policies, and guest interaction
  • Monitor food quality, beverage presentation, cleanliness, and overall restaurant standards
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues quickly, professionally, and with a hospitality-first mindset
  • Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, labor management, and team performance follow-up
  • Work closely with the kitchen and leadership teams to maintain strong communication and coordination
  • Support ordering, inventory control, and cost awareness to help maintain operational goals
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times
  • Lead by example and help create a fun, energized atmosphere for both guests and team members
