As the General Manager, you will be entrusted with managing the overall operations of the self storage facility. This includes strict adherence to state laws regarding the lien and auction process, vendor management, budget oversight, and company expense management using a corporate credit card. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for sales, customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring the security system.

Additionally, the role involves hands-on maintenance and cleanliness responsibilities, ensuring the facility is presentable and well-kept, including tasks like cleaning storage doors, sweeping units, removing debris, and pull weeds.
