Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18 years
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- minimum of 2 years of successful management experience
- direct P&L responsibility
- current ServSafe certification required or able to obtain one within 30 days of hire
- experience coaching and developing teams in a retail or restaurant environment
- experience supervising hourly and management-level staff
- hospitality retail or restaurant experience preferred
- background in nutrition is a plus
- strong leadership interpersonal and communication skills
- proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- excellent organization and planning skills
- ability to make sound decisions and influence others effectively
- self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- proficiency in Microsoft Office email and basic computer applications
- availability to work nights weekends and holidays
- reliable transportation
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to bend squat and perform repetitive hand/arm movements
- ability to lift 50+ pounds
- comfortable working in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- flexibility to work extended or irregular hours within applicable laws

- Lead and model exceptional guest service
- oversee daily store operations including food preparation and guest interactions
