Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- minimum of 2 years of successful management experience
- direct P&L responsibility
- current ServSafe certification or able to obtain within 30 days of hire
- experience coaching and developing teams in retail or restaurant environment
- experience supervising hourly and management-level staff
- hospitality, retail, or restaurant experience preferred
- background in nutrition is a plus
- strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- excellent organization and planning skills
- ability to make sound decisions and influence others effectively
- self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and basic computer applications
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable transportation
