Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement business strategies
  • Proven track record in staff hiring and development
  • Knowledge of customer service excellence

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in a high-volume quick service restaurant
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to set and achieve business goals
  • Experience in coaching and developing management teams
  • Background in quick service restaurant, hospitality, or retail preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant while ensuring McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met
  • Collaborate with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop strategic plans
  • Lead and support a team of Department Managers by coaching and monitoring their progress
  • Hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers to build leadership capacity
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and staff productivity
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and discipline in alignment with company policies
