Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies
- Proven track record in staff hiring and development
- Knowledge of customer service excellence
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in a high-volume quick service restaurant
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to set and achieve business goals
- Experience in coaching and developing management teams
- Background in quick service restaurant, hospitality, or retail preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant while ensuring McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met
- Collaborate with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop strategic plans
- Lead and support a team of Department Managers by coaching and monitoring their progress
- Hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers to build leadership capacity
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
- Maintain high standards of customer service and staff productivity
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and discipline in alignment with company policies
