Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous management experience in quick service or related fields
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Committed to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants preferred
- Experience in hospitality or retail considered
- Leadership skills in managing teams
- Ability to set and achieve operational goals
- Strong coaching and development abilities
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- Make sure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leadership to set the restaurant’s goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead a team of Department Managers and support their goal setting
- Provide coaching and direction to Department Managers
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Ensure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future
