We are currently seeking a General Manager in Training (GMIT) to join our team and grow alongside our expanding company. This full-time role, offering an hourly wage of $23.00 plus tips, requires an experienced manager who demonstrates strong leadership skills, exceptional team development capabilities, and a passion for managing quick-service restaurant operations. The GMIT will be pivotal in overseeing store operations, ensuring all team members perform their roles with efficiency and accuracy, and maintaining the overall quality and integrity of the store. The role also demands high standards of customer service aimed at achieving 100% customer satisfaction. As a leader, you will be expected to lead by example, faithfully execute company systems and procedures, and foster a positive, enthusiastic, and friendly work environment.

Responsibilities include organizing and prioritizing daily store operations with minimal supervision and actively offering opinions or recommendations to improve both employee performance and store operations. You will manage essential tasks such as employee scheduling, inventory ordering, and meeting store sales goals, all while cultivating a clean, organized, and enjoyable business atmosphere. This role is ideal for a proactive manager with at least two years of experience in quick-service restaurant management who is ready to take on the challenge of contributing to the growth and success of our locations. You will work approximately 40 to 45 hours per week and must have open availability to meet the demands of this role.
