We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager in Training (GMIT) to join our expanding Marco's Pizza team in Southeast Georgia. This role is a relocation-based opportunity, targeting candidates flexible and willing to move to the Southeast Georgia market to lead one of our franchises. This position is designed for individuals who have previous experience within Marco's Pizza, including roles such as Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, GM, MIT, or other leadership capacities, who are ready to take the next step to become high-performing General Managers.

As a GMIT, you will undergo comprehensive paid training focused on overseeing all day-to-day restaurant operations. The role demands leading and developing team members in a fast-paced environment, driving sales and profitability, ensuring food quality and cleanliness, and maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction standards. You will also be responsible for labor management, food cost control, inventory, scheduling, and building a positive, accountable team culture. Critical to this role is your ability to execute established company systems and brand standards at a consistently high level.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, be self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized. The willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required is essential, as is a genuine desire to grow into a long-term leadership position.
