Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 7 years foodservice industry experience
- at least 3 years in restaurant management roles
- ability to work varied and rotating schedules
- proficiency in management information systems
- understanding of safety and health regulations
- strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- ability to recruit, train, and develop staff
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management or Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
- minimum 3 years managing restaurant operations
- strong team leadership and delegation skills
- knowledge of HMSHost policies and standards
- ability to analyze financial and operational reports
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Open and close the restaurant ensuring checklists are met
- manage staffing and deployment to maximize profitability
- provide coaching and support to staff
- conduct interviews and make hiring decisions
- ensure compliance with diversity and inclusion policies
- oversee product availability and equipment maintenance
- implement marketing programs and ensure brand standards are maintained
