Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years documented restaurant P&L management experience
- overall 5-7 years of work experience in quick service or similar restaurants
- ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- knowledge or ability to learn company standards and policies
- strong leadership and communication skills
- flexibility to work varied schedules including opening and closing shifts
- ability to understand and comply with health, safety, and sanitation laws
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years restaurant P&L management experience
- overall 5-7 years work experience in similar restaurant environments
- graduation from food service management or culinary program preferred
- demonstrated team management and issue resolution skills
- knowledge of company policies, products, and operations
- ability to communicate effectively with associates and customers
Job Duties
- Open and close the restaurant according to checklist requirements
- manage staffing and deployment to maximize profitability
- provide coaching and support to restaurant staff
- conduct hiring, termination and promotion decisions
- promote diversity and inclusion within the restaurant
- manage product availability and inventory
- oversee equipment maintenance and vendor relations
