The General Manager also plays an essential role in risk management by promoting safety culture and compliance with company and property safety programs. Furthermore, sustainable practices through participation in initiatives like Green Engage reflect the company’s commitment to environmental responsibility.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in resort or hotel management, with proven experience in supervising diverse teams and managing operational budgets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial to influence and build positive professional relationships internally and externally. Proficiency in English and the ability to write effectively are essential. The position prefers candidates with a four-year college degree but requires at minimum a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Candidates should have at least four to six years of experience in the resort or related hospitality industries, with three to five years in supervisory roles. Certifications such as Community Association Manager, CPR, or hotel management-related are preferred to enhance operational effectiveness.
