Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a general manager or hotel manager in a full-service hotel environment
  • Union leadership experience
  • Marriott brand experience strongly preferred
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L statements, budgets, forecasts, and business plans
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
  • Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

Job Qualifications
