Diversity and inclusion sit at the heart of Sentral’s culture, reflecting both the richness of its workforce and the diverse populations it serves.
The role of General Manager at Sentral is a hands-on, leadership-intensive position. This key role functions as the strategic business leader responsible for the comprehensive management of the property. The General Manager is entrusted with driving superior customer service, fostering a culture of excellence, and overseeing financial performance to maximize revenue and operational efficiency. They act as the owner’s representative, ensuring that the property achieves its financial goals while elevating the resident and team member experience.
This position demands strong business intelligence, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to lead a diverse, high-performing team within a fast-paced, evolving environment. The General Manager’s responsibilities span a wide spectrum—from developing and implementing property-wide strategies, managing profitable homeshare programs, and applying cost-control measures to creating budgets, sales plans, and marketing initiatives. Leadership skills are paramount; the General Manager must motivate, supervise, and train onsite team members efficiently to maintain high standards and a positive work culture.
The ideal candidate will be a natural leader who thrives under pressure, values outstanding service above all else, and consistently drives both team engagement and community satisfaction.
