The General Manager role at Goodwin Recruiting is a full-time leadership position based in Syracuse, NY, overseeing the operations of a full-service hotel. This position comes with a base salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, alongside benefits including 401(k) with company match, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance coverage, and generous paid time off. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue, managing profit and loss (P&L), and achieving key performance goals for the property.
