Employing a full-time General Manager, the restaurant offers an annual salary of $65,000. The ideal candidate will lead daily operations, manage staff performance, and maintain optimal operational standards.
As the Restaurant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture of the restaurant, ensuring it aligns with the company’s mission of delivering outstanding service and satisfaction to guests. This leadership position requires overseeing the procurement and inventory control of food and supplies, as well as managing financial goals such as budgets, labor costs, and sales.
