Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation is required
- Physical stamina to work 50-60 hours per week
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, weekends as business dictates
- Ability to stand for long periods, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, listen, and have good vision including depth perception
- Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior management experience in the fast-food or restaurant industry preferred
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to manage inventory and control costs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in basic math including addition, subtraction, and understanding of basic fractions
- Ability to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Manages a staff assistant managers and approximately 15-30 employees depending on location
- Assigns, oversees, and evaluates work for compliance
- Manage hiring, training, evaluating, discipline, and termination of employees
- Provides on the job training and coaching for new employees
- Delegates, and is responsible for, the ordering, receipt, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies for the unit to ensure a minimum loss from waste or theft
- Assists in the supervision, preparation, sales, and service of food
- Forecasts food items by estimating what amount of each food item will be consumed per shift
- Supervises food preparation and service operations while on duty
