The General Manager role at Wingstop is a pivotal position responsible for the overall success of the restaurant. Job Requirements

- Previous restaurant management experience

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise daily front of the house and back of the house restaurant operations
- Respond efficiently and accurately to resolve guest complaints
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Ensure Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met
- Maintain quality goals by regularly reviewing product quality and researching new vendors
- Organize and supervise shifts, appraise staff performance, and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events and recommend ways to reach a broader audience such as discounts and social media ads
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor
